Our client is a multinational company and are looking for a Process Analyst for a 3 month temp-contract with the view to extend to a permanent position, based on performance and a mutual discussion at the end of the contract period.
This role will not only have overall responsibility for guiding, supporting and driving the quality and accuracy of the business process mapping (as is and future state - focus on future state under VAT), but will also involve driving the process change strategy, plans, and communications.
Process mapping to a high level of quality, policy changes and driving the documentation of this for VAT compliance, business rule documentation, assisting the business internal and external communications of changes.
This role is also a key role in making sure all process maps, policies, business rules are well documented and well presented for business education and training material. This role will also support the business during cut-over and post go live (on ground support of processes in tandem with the technical team, and potential refresher training and ad hoc workshops).
The role will be included in all workshops from the outset right through to post go-live support as the system changes are in response to process and policy changes… and each time a system change is also made… this needs to be considered in light of ensuing potential policy, process, procedure, and business rule changes.
This person will be 2IC on the project with regards to Processes, Policies, Project Co-ordination, and Change Management.
Preference for someone with regional and ME experience, plus also VAT/GST/Tax process implementation experience. The typical candidates have a blended skill set and would normally come from a logical, disciplined background like auditing, finance and accounting, engineering, and so ;

The ideal candidate should have had experience across the value chain + the financial aspects of this… and should ideally have done this role before in projects of this nature as well as been a project coordinator
