Job Role - Sales Planning
Develop Sales Plan, Finalize product mix & develop detailed quarterly/monthly plans for sales target achievement.
Assess the business potential of each client group/industry based on client & industry data & new developments in the zone.
Assign specific sales targets with product mix, volumes, timelines & value specification to each person in the team
Market survey for existing and New products
Brand Building
To instil a strong corporate image among the customers through technical seminars & communication.
Participation in trade fairs & other congregations in the zone to promulgate Uni Klinger corporate image to potential clients.
Ensure a strong communication channel with clients by initiating regular communication to clients about market trends & technological advances
Management of Sales & Sales Force
Achieve the target as per the Sales Plan by continuous monitoring of sales through Monthly, Weekly, Daily reports & ensure revenues as per budgets
Achieve the sales target by religiously doing spade work with team of Sales Engineers in the assigned area, timely submission of offers.
Guiding the Sales Engineers to conduct techno-commercial negotiations to close the sale
In case of large value enquiries or A Class customers personally involve in all the above mentioned steps
Client Relationship Management, Competitor Information and Dealer Network Development Develop high level of business contacts, to create major business opportunities
Manage relationship with project consultants and actively engage in brand promotion with them to acquire the market share.
Continuously scan the market for competitors promotional strategies and any new developments and prepare strategies to en counter the same.
Give inputs to development team to develop features in products and new products to counter the competitor strategies.
Identify the untapped potential areas, appoint the new distributers or realign the distributers
Managing Receivables .Post Sales Process, Internal Communication & Reporting
Monitor bills receivable to avoid financial losses & quick realisation of payment
Ensure delivery of goods to customer as per contract specifications, follow up with CSO & the plants for the same
Supervise creation of accounting statements & OFM
Ensure the compliance of documentation
Report Competitors activities and Give inputs for formulation of discount strategies/promotional offers for specific zone/products depending on market opportunities & organisational requirements
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Interface with client & Product manager to resolve product related technical complaints.
Provide as open communication channel for customers to voice their other complaints & establish a reliable & practical system to resolve customers issues.
