Key The key accountabilities are to provide assistance to the Managing Director and here

accountabilities: direct reports a high level of Human Resource Management including, but not limited

 to:

  •  Management of the recruitment processes for recruitment of all roles in 

Re:Sources Philippines -as directed by Senior Management including the ability to


  • Source Candidates 
  • Manage the relationship with key recruitment firms Set up and participate in all interviews for all teams 
  • Source new recruitment suppliers as may be required and aligned to Publicis Groupe recruitment ;
  • Coordinate Contract Preparation 
  • Set up Induction Processing for new hires 
  • Set Up Exit Management of all termination processes 
  • Coordinate Performance Management Processes for all teams under direction of ;
  • Ability to work with key HR personnel in other countries in APAC in particular Australia 
  • Oversee the management of general office administration for employees to ensure all physical and logistical matters for the teams in Philippines runs effectively and to the Publicis Groupe Standards. Management of all Employee Handbook and Policy matters and ensuring staff are always trained on all Policy ;
  • Assistance with all employee related matters in Philippines such as travel policy/systems, credit cards, and HR system management ;

Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in an HR Function especially one where a business in a strong period of growth across all functions.
  • Very good Knowledge of General HR legislation in Philippines  
  • Ability to use Word, Excel to Intermediate Level (senior desirable) 
  • Ability to work independently, with strong knowledge of all HR subject matter 
  • System 
  • Consistent and strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to support a senior team, build strong culture and relationships 
  • Strong ability to remain confidential in all matters of HR 
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and within a wider company team 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Ability to communicate and influence (in a customer service framework)

  • Ability to multi task and meet competing deadlines
