RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage official Facebook pages & Instagram accounts of the brand.

• Act on the frontline by interacting with customers and fans in real time on various web platforms (Facebook, Instagram, blogs, etc)

• Continuous monitoring of online conversations across all the brand's active social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

• Flag any negative comments to the team and formulate strategy to best mediate conversations

• When appropriate, create content feeds that further spark conversation

• Good to Excellent verbal & writing skills

• Knowledge of social networking channels (Facebook, Instagram and blogs, etc)

• Prior experience in customer service, advertising, PR or online marketing is preferred

• Be pro-active and show initiative

QUALIFICATIONS:

Female, at least 23 years old

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a virtual assistant

Good to Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
