Admin Task:

• Tracking of Employee Leave Records.

• Filing/Monitoring of OT and Leave forms

• Updating of Employee Records in the Masterlist

• Inventory and release of office and sanitary supplies

• Assigning lockers and pedestals to new employees


• Tracker of the office building's billings and payments 



Finance Task:

• Check Preparation

• Release and replenishment of Petty cash

• Withdrawal and deposit of checks and cash

• Government contribution

• Filing of documents

• Payments (computation of penalties, posting of payments and USB files)

• Certifications (Certificate of Contributions)

• Loan concerns (Approval via website, manual certification)

• Processing of BDO ATM payroll account

• Authority to debit

• Enrollment and cancellation of payroll accounts

• Manual Payroll

• Release of pay slips

• Release of back pays and BIR 2316 (ITR)
