Customer Service Representative for Financial Services

You are responsible for taking application calls and general financial inquiries such as giving out cardholders their transaction history and direct deposit ;

CSR for Telco Account

You are responsible in handling inbound calls regarding general inquiries, troubleshooting, and sales.
 Answer customer emails and tickets. Occasionally make outgoing calls to follow up on outstanding ;


Completed 2 years in college (any course, no back subjects)

Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply

At least 18 years old

Good communication skills

Basic computer and internet navigation skills

Willing to work at TELUS Cubao or Ortigas

Amenable to work in shifting schedules

Has NBI clearance and SSS document

Can start ASAP
