Admin Task:

• Tracking of Employee Leave Records.

• Filing/Monitoring of OT and Leave forms

• Updating of Employee Records in the Masterlist

• Inventory and release of office and sanitary supplies

• Assigning lockers and pedestals to new employees

 • Tracker of the office building's billings and payments



Finance Task:

• Check Preparation

• Release and replenishment of Petty cash

• Withdrawal and deposit of checks and cash

• Government contribution

-Filing of documents

- Payments (computation of penalties, posting of payments and USB files)

-Certifications (Certificate of Contributions)

- Loan concerns (Approval via website, manual certification)

• Processing of BDO ATM payroll account

-Authority to debit

-Enrollment and cancellation of payroll accounts

-Manual Payroll

• Release of pay slips

• Release of back pays and BIR 2316 (ITR)
