Executive & Marketing Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
• Writing content for presentations
• Conceptualizing for the nonprofit and property management demo websites
• Managing portfolios
• Conceptualizing a social media campaign for one of our clients.
• Must be able to draft correspondences, contracts, minutes of the meeting, and other communications quickly with minimum direction
• Handles a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: facilitating meetings, maintaining dashboard status, manage Identity Management Assets and Supplier and Vendor Assets, manage expense reports and payment calendars, and collect project portfolio metrics
• Experienced in facilitating meetings
• Ability to track and manage multiple projects at a time
• Manage Customer Relationship Management
• Able to handle different Dev Managers, Teams, and Team Leads
• Manage active calendar of appointments, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;
• Keeps the President well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the President, Dev Managers, Team Leads, and internal employees;
• Maintains and safe keeps confidential records and documents
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the executive/s
• May manage multiple projects, following through on issues in a timely manner
