Job Overview:
Responsible to handle different types of food products with a view to cook, cut, prepare and package them. Responsible preparing and packing food products. Responsible to prepare food in accordance to the organization's protocols.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Maintain work area cleanliness during start up until end of operation.
 Report to section in - charge any issues that may result into deviating quality & possible loss.
 Adhere to food safety standard as per company & countries government policy including personal hygiene, food hygiene.
 Check product availability and monitor stock & report to in - charge in any case of low volume of stock.
 Follow specification, weight & ingredients as per recipe guide.
 Check ingredients quality and freshness before preparation
 Adhere to company policy.
 Render overtime if required & reasonable
 Comply with companies health & safety policy
 Count and record food items
 Ensure that food products are processes and prepared by following standards of cleanliness and hygiene
 Take care of company property and resources
