Requirements

-1-2 years of experiences

-Familiarity with book keeping, full set accounting and basic accounting procedures

-Competency in MS Office, database and accounting software

-Accuracy and attention to detail

-Willing to work and willing to learn attitude

-Well organized

-Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration


Responsibilities

-Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

-Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

-Prepare Bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

-Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

-Daily enter key of data of financial transactions in database

-Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

-Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

-Assist on maintaining our maintenance system

-Prepare the documents for GST submissions in a monthly basis
