The Workforce management Real-Time analyst plays a critical role in assisting call center operations to achieve service levels and productivity performance goals. This position is responsible for reporting, staffing & scheduling, and real time productivity management. -A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in a relevant area.
-1 to 2+ years WorkForce Management experience

-Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting)
-Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate effectively, both written and verbal
