QUALIFICATIONS

• Male or Female, preferably 21-30 years old

• Graduate of BS Accountancy

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant

• With good academic standing

• Computer-literate

• Must be highly analytical and detail-oriented

• With pleasing personality and good moral character

• Willing to work for extended hours

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares, monitors and analyzes daily summary reports of all cash collections and deposits based on the reports submitted by the Cashier and Collection Department and submits the same to the Executive Assistant of the CEO for Financials

• Prepares, monitors and analyzes monthly updates of balances of all Health Maintenance Organizations, Members of the Religious and other companies affiliated with UST Hospital

• Prepares and reviews Bank Reconciliation based from the reports submitted by the Accounting Department and submits the same to the Executive Assistant of the CEO for Financials

• Performs administrative functions and other tasks
