Job Objectives: This role is responsible for providing customer support services to ServiceIT+ customers. This person may be involved in the planning, implementation, quality assurance, testing, training and resolution of technical issues for customer and internal ;

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as support point of contact for internal and external customers

• Develop in-depth technical knowledge for a specific product line and domain expertise within technology subject area.

• Communicate regularly both verbally and in writing, with customers, prospective customers, Sales Teams, and your manager.

• Involvement in post-sales efforts including but not limited to: product installation, testing, QA and product trainings

• Support and troubleshoot production applications. Document client feature requests and issues, providing feedback to sales and product management

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously update content of company's website

• Travels periodically to meet with domestic clients

• To comply with ServiceIT+ Inc.'s mission, values and standards

• To keep the line manager informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas

• To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency

• To participate in optimizing business procedures and systems

• Comment/advise on undesirable conditions within the organization and propose potential solutions for improvements

• To identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency

• To be well informed and familiar with the latest developments in ServiceIT+ Inc.'s business

• To contribute towards a positive and inspiring working environment


Qualifications:

• Graduate of two-year Vocational/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related.

• Fresh graduates or those with 1-5 years of work experience can qualify

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Highly proficient in MS Office applications

• Ability to work in all levels of the organization

• Must have confidence and has the ability to motivate and inspire others

• Has organizational and time management skills.
