*Will be assigned in Passi, Iloilo, Danao, Cebu, Dipolog, Zamboanga, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, Ormoc, Leyte, Palo, Leyte, San Enrique, Negros Occidental and San Jose, Antique (1 Site Architect per province)

Application of Skills and Capabilities

    Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction.

    Assists in ensuring that the projects comply with local, international standards.

    Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of the projects.

    Coordinates with consultants needed.

    Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSDDD and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project.

    Performs administrative and clerical tasks of the department.

Schedule and Timeliness

    Ensures that project schedules are strictly implemented and followed.

    Ensures that delays are minimized and eliminated.

    Ensures that projects are on time without compromising the quality of work/design

Quality Assurance

    Supports in ensuring the quality and acceptability of the projects.

    Assists in minimizing rework or back jobs that entail additional costs/expenses.

    Assists in minimizing/eliminating discrepancies between the approved design/plan and actual construction.

Client Management

    Attends/reports the inquiries, concerns and complaints of the clients .

Working Conditions

    Will be required to report/visit or travel to client/ contractor locations/ job sites/ buildings/ locations as necessary.

    Shall protect confidential information that is entrusted to them or to which they are otherwise exposed.

    Should not disclose any confidential Company, client, or third-party or vendor information to anyone outside the Company, except as authorized.
