Ai / ML Engineer
Description
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with at least 2 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and automation to enhance business processes, optimize property listings, and improve customer insights.Key Responsibilities: Develop and train machine learning models for property valuation, lead scoring, and predictive analytics.Analyze real estate market trends and customer behavior using AI-driven insights.Optimize search and recommendation algorithms for property listings.Implement AI-based chatbots and automation tools to enhance customer experience.Work with big data from property databases and CRM systems to improve decision-making.Deploy and maintain machine learning models using cloud platforms or on-premise solutions.Collaborate with real estate sales, marketing, and IT teams to develop AI-powered solutions.Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong preference for candidates with real estate experience.Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and ML frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Scikit-Learn.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.Familiarity with real estate CRMs, property listing platforms, and market trend analysis is a plus.Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience developing AI solutions for real estate pricing, customer engagement, or property analytics.Knowledge of computer vision for image recognition in real estate listings.Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation tools.Certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
