In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical offerings Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and market insights Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM software Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry developments Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, healthcare systems, and medical terminology Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques Strong time management and organizational abilities Experience with CRM software and data analysis Fluency in Arabic and English Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Resilience and adaptability to handle changing market conditions Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
