Responsibilities:

• Support the organization within every area of Company Payroll and Finance Operations

• Maintaining the Company's Payroll and finance record

• To manage the Company payroll administration

• To ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all monthly and yearly statutory requirement (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax)

• To maintain and update the employee database

• To handle a full set of accounts payable

• Responsible for Company purchasing and procurement

• To prepare other HR and financial reports

• Asist other team members and perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

• As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accountancy and Finance.

• Partial professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity
