Main Job Role: A totally sales focused team role, delivering excellent customer service & achieving sales target
Key Performance Areas:
Sales Performance & Guest service:
• Delivers excellent customer service at all times
• Effectively demonstrates ORGANIZATION`S sales techniques
• Consistently strives to achieve and exceed both personal & store weekly sales targets
• Actively seeks opportunities to increase sales
• Demonstrates excellent product knowledge and seeks to improve themselves through relevant training
• Understands and promotes ORGANIZATION`S services & marketing initiatives
• Provides an after sales service to the highest standards
• Effectively opens & actively promotes ORGANIZATION`S loyalty card
Communication & Team Working:
• Demonstrates effective team skills
• Attends & contributes to daily team communication briefs and team initiatives
• Actively takes responsibility stay personally informed of business priorities and results
• Builds relationships with guests
Store Presentation:
• Maintains high visual merchandising, housekeeping and replenishment standards
• Maintains visual displays to ORGANIZATION`S store unique standards & guidelines
• Ensures stock follows ORGANIZATION`S ticketing & pricing guidelines
• Maintains the highest standard of personal presentation
Stock Control:
• Maintains a security vigilance at all times
• Adheres to ORGANIZATION`S inventory and stock handling procedures
• Takes ownership to minimise store losses and understands the impact of stock loss
• Adheres to ORGANIZATION`S cash handling procedures
