Qualifications:
Completed 3 years in college
With 6 months - 1 year experience (Voice/Non-voice) accounts
Very good written English skills for Non-Voice agents.
Related ( CSR /NON-VOICE/EMAIL SUPPORT/CHAT SUPPORT) Experienced is a BIG PLUS!
Aside from the base salary, we pay retention bonus (after 3 or 6 months), Attendance bonus ( no lates and absences), performance bonus and incentive/spiff bonus. few slot available to start this week.
