Keza is looking for Business Development Associate. It will be a 6-month internship which will be converted into a full-time after completion of an internship period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  •     Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and analyzing sales ;
  •     Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending ;
  •     Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new ;
  •     Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and ;
  •     Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing ;
  •     Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization ;
  •     Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as ;
  •     Making exceptional sales pitches to prospective clients 
  •     Identifying the decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process 
  •     Penetrating all targeted accounts and radiating sales from within client base 
  •     Meeting monthly targets determined by the company 
  •     Streamlining and optimizing your performance in order to maximize results 
  •     Building sound, lasting relationships with clients to fuel the company's growth 
  •     Achieving targets within deadlines 
  •     Planning for and executing new deals and developing new clients 
  •     Regularly following up with existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell 
  •     Keeping clients up-to-date with the latest company and sales information 
  •     Renewing contracts with clients at set time intervals 
  •     Maintaining clear client sale records in database 
  •     Visiting clients regularly 
  •     Calling prospects generated by an external lead source.

  •     Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time and projects effectively 
  •     Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills 
  •     Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English 
  •     Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude 
  •     Well-versed in marketing and branding techniques and learn quickly when needed 
  •     Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies 
  •     Provide timely feedback on market situation, sales outlook, competitor
