Job details
Professional Audio Equipment Distributor requires an experienced Technical Sales in a showroom.
• Task;
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- To be able to set up and install equipment such as sound systems, making / connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing consoles…etc
- Set up and operate sound equipment.
- Diagnose and correct technical problems.
• Skills
- The ability and desire to sell;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A positive, confident and determined approach;
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition;
- Fluency in a foreign language can be helpful.
- Knowledge of integrated audio solutions, microphones, mixers, zone-DSP, amplifiers & loudspeakers mandatory
- Understanding of the local A/V market
- Proven successful sales record
• Required experience:
- Minimum 5 years in A/V technical sales role
- Past A/V design experience preferred
- Knowledge of Mi, Portable audio systems, recording, microphones, mixers, zone-DSP, amplifiers & loudspeakers…etc
• Preferably Age 25 - 35
