Looking for a Senior Technical lead who has good experience in , XML, C#, Ajax, SQL Server, Entity Framework, SSRS, Windows Service, WCF, Web Service, Asynchronous Programming, Devexpress
You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical tasks. You will be responsible for .NET applications and windows services development along with support and modification of existing components in our system.
Working closely with Payment processing platforms .
Responsibilities
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and with existing platform.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Communicate with business partners to handle technical integration between our and their systems.
Main Duties
• Participate in the development of technical approaches and specifications designed to meet articulated business requirements, working with IT Architects and Business Analysts through design workshops and specific project meetings;
• Document proposed technical approaches and specifications noted, again working with the IT Architect, Business Analyst and business stakeholders to validate solution proposed will meet business needs and to ensure test criteria and plans are in place to validate;
• Break down the IT work required in concrete actions and plans (high and detailed levels) and provide accurate estimates of work;
• Develop applications and/or interfaces as needed and produce the associated documentation to guarantee supportability;
• Design test plans for the system built and execute the plan in coordination with the rest of the project team to ensure integration testing and correct any errors found;
• Participate in the handover of the system to the application support team, infrastructure team and/or IT Service Desk;
• Follow standard project management methodologies Agile;
• Provide input into application development standards and guidelines to drive continuous improvement and defect reduction;
Experience And Skills
• Excellent C# Developer. Web based application development using Microsoft
• SQL Server Database Development. SQL skills in developing stored procedures, database views, triggers and constraints and indexes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with IT developers, architects, business analysts and QA testers alike. Must have strong English communication skills given majority of business will be conducted in English.
• Ability to develop a command of IT Solutions and technologies available, work with business colleagues to understand business needs driving requirements, and suggest creative solutions based on those underlying needs that meet or exceed expectations, are scalable, and are flexible enough to accommodate change.
• All round familiarity with Microsoft .Net platform
• Client Side Programming techniques (JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
• Good Understanding of XML web services for use on internal systems and customer facing applications (SOAP, https)
• Proficient in using tools of trade (Source Control, Visual Studio, Profilers, Coverage Analysis, etc.)
• Unit testing / test frameworks / automated regression tests
• Problem solver who can roll up their sleeves, break problems down into their components, and get to the root cause.
Desirable:
• Familiarity with Content Management systems
• Experience of integrating back end systems via Web Services
• Experience working in Agile environment and using tracking solutions such as Jira.
• Single-Sign On & Identity Access Management Solutions .Solution will be integrated with all web-based applications requiring , SAML, REST API knowledge
• SQL Server, , C#, HTML5, JS, CSS, REST APIs, JS library. Extensions to solution would be developed using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• familiarity or familiarity with other CRM solutions would be a plus, but is not essential
• Android and IOS development Knowledge will be an advantage.
