Job details
We are looking for Junior Business Analyst for our project in Singapore on 1 year and extendable contract . As a Business Analyst, You will assist functional lead in major deliverables such as:
• Design specifications
• Documentation of Test Scripts and Test Cases
• Intensive Functional Testing
• Configuration Activities
• Assisting in Training and Conduct of User Testing.
• Business requirements gathering and analysis
• Configure and test system
• Conduct training on product functionality and implemented solution
• Support the Technical Consultants in the design of customizations/extensions, interface, data migration, /conversion and reports.
• Post Production Support including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and guiding users
What are the qualities we are looking for?
• You must be Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Accounting/Business or Equivalent Experience. Diploma holders with 2 working experience are also welcome to apply
• With 1-2 years working experience will be an advantage
• Prior working experience in daily usage (end user), support (, IT support) of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or Human Resource system will be an advantage
• Development experience in PeopleTools will be an added advantage
• Prior working experience in daily usage or support of University or Polytechnic student information system will be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English and Local Language communication , active listening and interpersonal skills
• Interest and Passion in learning and applying new products and technologies to business
• Demonstrate strong business process, analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Experience in software full lifecycle methodology
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment to liaise with clients, sales, consulting, project management, and offshore delivery center
• Able to travel as needed in support of assigned projects (about 50%)
• Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
• Good time management and organized
• Good track record of adapting to new environments and learning quickly
• Strong personal drive and can-do attitude.
