Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Question & Answer Website Account (EASY ACCOUNT) 
  • will handle e-mail and voice account
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social ;
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade ;
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or ;
  •  Advise on company ;
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone ;
  • Place or cancel ;
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of ;
  • Act as the company ;
  • Suggest solutions when a product ;
  • Handle product ;
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider ;
  • Inform customer of deals and ;
  • Sell products and ;
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call ;
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being ;
  • Close out or open call records.


  •    willing to start ASAP  
  •    with at least 6 months BPO experience
