Duties and Responsibilities:
- Question & Answer Website Account (EASY ACCOUNT)
- will handle e-mail and voice account
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social ;
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Cancel or upgrade ;
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or ;
- Advise on company ;
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone ;
- Place or cancel ;
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of ;
- Act as the company ;
- Suggest solutions when a product ;
- Handle product ;
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider ;
- Inform customer of deals and ;
- Sell products and ;
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call ;
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being ;

Qualifications:
