Responsibilities:

• Diligently and consistently deploying the market approach and sales methodology established by the company.

• Identify, recruit and develop customers/business partners, in order to build a stable sales platform that is profitable and has sustainable long-term growth potential.

• Meet sales targets established in the company's business plans, including product mix objectives.

• Perform collection duties in line with company's credit policy and procedures.

• Track and monitor product performance, analyze results and present improvement recommendations/solutions to customers.

• Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including training, problem resolution, providing expert advice/consultancy, strengthening customer relationship, etc

• Keep abreast of market developments and competitor actions, and provide feedback to management.

• Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 2 - 3 years sales experience.

• Able to manage overall sales activities.

• Result-oriented and dynamic in promoting sales with proven sales track records.

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent and service-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
