Project Administrative Specialist


Responsible for consolidating and monitoring ongoing applications and infrastructure projects


Educational Profile

•    Graduate of a 4 year BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Management course


Competency Profile


Work Experience:


•    At least 2 years experience in doing IT application project support doing the following:

o    monitor ongoing projects and tracking miles to

o    track project budget utilization

o    organize and maintain project files

o    consolidate project accomplishment reports

o    schedule project meetings


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):


•    Knowledgeable in the use of Project Management software and Office tools ( MS Project and MS Excel)

•    Organized and able to work under pressure

•    Good inter-personal skills

•    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

•    Must be willing to be assigned in either Quezon City or Global City
