 It is my obligation to ensure that the following are being done in appropriate manner and failure to do so will adversely affect my performance appraisal.

1. Store Opening

a. Verify from the Captain Waiter the station assignment for the day

b. Set up the table in line with the restaurant standard

c. Ensure that all tables have menu, tick menu and pencil

d. Verify the reservation in his/her station (if any) and informs the Captain Waiter if there are any vacant table

2. Store Closing

a. Ensure that all tables are properly cleaned and ready for the next day

b. Set up the table in line with the restaurant standard for the next day

c. Confirm the schedule for the next day with the Assistant Restaurant Manager and/or Captain Waiter

d. Assist in cleaning of the dining area

3. Customer Service

a. Greet the customer

b. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and report to the Captain Waiter if there are any problems

4. Ordering

a. Present the menu to the customer and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

b. Orient the customer on the ordering procedure

c. Inform customers of daily specials and out of stock food (if any)

d. Ensure the exact orders of the customer by repeating to the customer what has been checked on the tick menu

e. Present to the Captain Waiter the tick menu complete with table number and time of order for encoding

f. Inform the Captain Waiter for any additional order/s of the customer

5. Food Serving

a. Serve food and/or beverages to the customer and prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required

b. Cross out in the order slip all food orders that have been served

c. Ensure that all food orders are served on time

d. Inform and follow up with the Captain waiter for any pending order/s

e. Ensure that no food orders must be left unserved

f. Ensure that there would be no double or wrong food order.

g. Ensure that all glasses should never run empty during each meal

h. Address the needs of the customer during their dining at the restaurant

6. Billing

a. Inform the assigned Captain Waiter if a customer is about to bill out

b. Ensure the bill for each table is accurate versus the food served

c. Inform the busboys that the table is ready to be clean

d. Prepare and set the table for the next sitting

e. Ensure that all customer properly pay their bill before leaving the restaurant
