It can take a minimum of 2 years to achieve mastery. If you get hired, the position will be apprenticeship and we will only consider you as fully part of our team until you have proven that you can learn how to be one.
The salary which is minimum of $2 per hour will be the same and at each level of demonstrated improvement you will get an appraisal (salary increase).
Responsibilities:
Create Web Layouts and Designs
Create Web Apps (depending on client's needs)
Qualifications:
Program, test and debug all web applications.
Design, develop, test and deploy web applications.
Code pages, files, test, debug and deploy.
Coordinate with other designers and programmers to develop web projects.
Assist and support in the upkeep and maintenance of web sites.
Research and propose software programs that are compatible to the future technologies.
Fix bugs, troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Initiate periodic testing and implement contingency plans in case of systems failure.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
HTML/CSS, PHP, JavaScript, NonSQL Database(MongoDB),
JavaScript Framework(Jquery, Nodejs, & etc),
Windows, Linux(Ubuntu), Versioning Tools(svn/git), Good programming skills
Ability to multi-task is a must
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM - 5AM Philippine time)
Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer
