Job details
Responsibilities:
• Payroll
o Promotion, Bonus Calculation
o Prepare EA form
• Recruitment
o Conduct recruitment per our ISO quality procedures.
o Prepare Notice of Confirmation and Contact of Service.
• Work Permit matters
o Well verse of MYEG and ESD application
o Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work permits.
o Submit CP39, E Form for income tax clearance for foreign workers.
• Employees' Records & Headcounts Maintenance
o Maintain and update employee' particulars and headcounts on a monthly basis.
• Training Administration
o Administer training function per our ISO quality procedures.
o Conduct training plan and comply to HRDF
• Benefits & Compensation
o Maintain and update all leave applicants.
o Verify employees' overtime claims.
o Revise company policy up to government requirement
• Welfare & Other Assigned Duties
o Coordinate in company's recreational activities.
o Issue employee badges, locker keys and uniforms.
o Carry out assigned duties on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At Least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Well verse of Employee Act, EPF, Socso.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
