Job Qualifications:

- Female, atleast 21 to 25 years old

- Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Accountacy or the like.

- With or without experience

- atleast 1-3 years experience in clerical accounting

- With Good Moral character.

- Must be willing to work here in Bacoor,Cavite.


- Knowledgeable in MS Office application (MS EXCEL,WORD, and POWERPOINT)

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

- Working knowledge of relevant computer applications

- Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis

- Essential qualities, organized and systematic, able to work with minimal supervision, dependable, shows initiative and integrity, able to multi-task.

- Others tasks that maybe assigned by the company.

Salary Range : Minimum wage (Bacoor,Cavite rate)

Job Description:

General Purpose:

Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions in an organization.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits

- Maintain complete filing system to support financial records

General accounts receivable functions

- Prepare and submit customer invoices

- Code, post and receipt payments

- Prepare and coordinate deposit activities

- Monitor customer accounts for non payment and delayed payment

General accounts payable functions

- Check, verify and process invoices

- Prepare payments for signature

- Sort,code and enter accounts payable data

- Maintain vendor files, inventory, production files

- Prepare SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig contributions and others

General support functions

- Perform filing and general administrative tasks

- Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies

- Track and audit petty cash

- Liase with other departments/customers,vendors

- Other tasks that maybe assigned by the company
