• Associate degree or equivalent experience or above.

• 2-3 years' experience in administrative services or related department preferred

• Ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, vendors, and other staff members with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Accurate typing and data entry skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, as well as office equipment (copier, printer, scanner, etc.).

• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and follow up communication skills

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Responsible for preparation of electronic documents as assigned (by means of collecting, copying/scanning, storing/retrieving, distributing etc.)

• Work with internal stakeholders and vendors for IT procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitoring and accounting of departmental budgets and assist with budget review and reporting.

• Work with IT Managers for asset and contract management and renewals.

• Act as a liaison between the IT department and internal as well as outside agencies as directed including communication of IT policies, procedures and standards.

• Assist Department Head and other department managers in maintain schedules, including travel and meetings, for non-executive staff

• Participate in call escalation tree as part of IT Incident Management protocols.

• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
