Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin language (verbal and written)
Preferably with Bachelor's/college degree in any course
Open to fresh graduates
With relevant experience in Customer service is preferred
With Good English communication skills
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Tasks:
Assist with the processing of orders from initial review to invoicing
Provide copies of contracts, invoice and other customer information upon request
Perform order fulfillment functions
Other tasks will be discussed
