Responsibilities:

• Assist account in GL duties for closing of monthly account.

• Ensure that monthly statement of account is send to customer on timely basis.

• Prepare the monthly inter-co reconciliation

• Assist the Accountant in checking the purchase invoice, after keying in by accounts assistant.

• Assist the Accountant in supervising the account assistant.

• Assist in debt collection, to ensure long outstanding debts are duly settled.

• Involve with periodic stock take and cycle count.

• Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity or equivalent, preferably, in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft office.

• Independent, pro-active and a team player.
