HSMM Group of Companies is inviting candidates for Personal Assistant to the Chairman/ Managing Director
APPLY NOW!!! The HSMM Group of Companies is a Lao PDR-based Corporate Group with interests in the agro sector, mining, power generation and transmission lines, urban infrastructure, and real estate development.

The primary responsibility of the Personal Assistant is to assist in managing the daily work of the Chairman/ Managing Director and make sure it is completed on time. She is also required to shoulder additional responsibilities if required.
Qualifications:
Graduate of four-year course, Masters degree is an advantage.
Fluent in English, have good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, using computer and laptop (Apple MacBook)
at least three years working experience.
Possess valid driving license for motorbikes is an advantage
Willing to relocate in Vientiane, Laos

Specific Duties and responsibilities
i. The role of the Personal Assistant is to support the Chairman/ Managing Director in his daily administrative, planning and travel related matters.
ii. Coordinating all appointments of the Chairman/ Managing Director.
iii. The Personal Assistant must act as the Chairman/ Managing Directors first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
iv. Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and occasionally travelling with the Chairman/ Managing Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
v. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriate.
vi. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Chairman/ Managing Director. Replying to correspondence that comes for the Chairman/ Managing Director and on time.
vii. Meetings and greetings at all levels of seniority.
viii. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
ix. Having a daily schedule prepared for the Chairman/ Managing Director before he arrives in office. Fixing all appointments the Chairman/ Managing Director has to attend throughout the day and making sure that he attends them.
x. Coordinate with Reception/ Office Manager scheduled appointments for the Chairman/ Managing Director.
xi. Briefing the Chairman/ Managing Director on the agenda before every meeting.
xii. Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Chairman/ Managing Director is well prepared for meetings.
xiii. Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management.
xiv. Maintain and update a filing system for Chairman/ Managing Director.
xv. Coordinating for the Chairman/ Managing Director with all divisions.
xvi. Coordinating with other Assistants.
