  • Maintain proper filing system and ensuring effective document control for easy access & retrieval 
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events including preparing meeting minute 
  • Performs office duties include overseeing collections from tenants and APM machines 
  • Responds to and follow up on collections via post, telephone, and personal visits 
  • To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreement, master list of rental, ;
  • To perform any duties that may be assigned by superior 


Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum possess SPM, Pre-U/ STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field 
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
  • Languages Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be an added advantage 
  • Candidates must willing to work in Melaka 
  • 01 full-time position available
