-Work with the Head of Sales and Customer Service to develop and implement the strategy for the Business Sales team, which is aligned to business objectives.
-Work with the Business Unit heads to establish the required sales targets in order to achieve the required revenue targets.
-Work closely with the organization's marketing team to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the appropriate marketing tools to achieve the required sales target.
-Define the overall framework for identifying and maintaining key target accounts.
-Ensure adequate sales account management and proper channel planning fulfillment to drive sales revenues.
-Maintain and grow the business sales by ensuring a health sales pipeline.
-Work with Account Manager and Key Accounts Managers to negotiate with clients and close all leads.
-Provide on-going management reporting on the implementation of the plan to the senior leadership team, in particular to the Heads of the Public Events and Corporate Business Units
-Continuously monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
-Management of the Business Sales Team
-Manage and direct day-to-day activities of direct reports, to ensure timely delivery activities and achievement of overall sales targets.
-Provide on-going career development, support and coaching for direct reports.
-Provide feedback to team, and identify need based training requirements for direct reports.
-Coordinate with the Heads of Business Units to define and cascade sales targets to the Business Sales .
