Negotiation on purchase order

Store Inventory handling

Also responsible for material receipt.

Ensure all material is received with delivery challan, against a formal order or PO.

Ensure that all material is received matching the indent/ requisition

Ensure that quality of in- coming material is ratified by user department.

Ensure that non- compliant material is taken by the vendor and replaced.

Prepare consumption reports as per defined periodicity.

Maintain inventory cards and inventory register
