Responsibilities:

• Process and issue customer invoices according to customer contracts.

• Complete reconciliation and analysis of customer billings.

• Assist in cash collection through weekly review of aging and escalation of past due accounts

• Provide month-end accrual entry information and make required journal entries.

• Attend to inquiries such as invoice status, aging requests, and provide feedback to internal and external customers.

• Other reasonably related duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent

• 2 years' experience in billing or accounts

• Meticulous, good with numbers and strong organizational skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literate
