QUALIFICATIONS


• Female, preferably 21-30 years old 

• Graduate of any four-year course

• With pleasing personality and good moral character

• With good interpersonal and communication skills

• Preferably with experience as Administrative Assistant

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply but must be a fast learner and knows how to prioritize tasks effectively

• Can work under pressure and can work for long hours


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compose and type official correspondence

• Receive, log, and stamp all incoming documents for the department

• Route all outgoing documents

• Answer phone and give information to callers or directs call to superior and places outgoing calls

• Schedule appointments and plans conferences

• Review and arranges letters and other official documents

• Receive all communications

• Prepare requisitions, keep and monitor consumption of office supplies

• Perform other work as may be assigned from time to time
