Responsibilities:

•         Develop & execute business development plans & methodology

•         Responsible for full recruitment process - from sourcing to successful placements

•         Coordinating, shortlisting and arrangement of recruitment activities

•         Perform client servicing and managing candidates pool across the targeted industries.

•         Perform researching scope such as  Market Mapping of Talents

•         Perform research on new Business Development plans and latest market trends

•         Possess strong analytical skills.  

Selected incumbent will have the opportunity to relocate to Singapore and Hong Kong office.

Requirements:

•    Min Diploma / Degree in Business or HR with at least 1 to 2 years of HR experience
