Secretary-receptionist,RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the phone lines for the clinic and respond to voice mails in a timely manner Distribute emails, messages, mail and faxes to the appropriate team member,Call our patients to confirm appointments,Mail invoices and other verbal and written communication skills .Excellent computers and software, learn new software quickly

 managing telephone system, printer, scanner, copier and fax execution skills and organization to adapt well to often-changing environment
