Job Specifications
• Does account and membership management using various channels
(As assigned - phone, email, social, others)
• Performs Loyalty System defined functions as indicated in the profile access matrix for CC
• Does data entry and membership fulfillment (cards) related activities
• Assist customers (member/non-member) on concerns defined as Act-On, Gather & Educate
• Calls out customers (member/non-member) affected by any loyalty system related issues
• Follows strict compliance to all customer verification procedures ( VAIIG) to reduce any risk
• Takes responsibility and accomplish any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• Finished at least 2 years in college
• At least 6 months call center experience
(email/chat)
• Must have a solid experience in Social Networking Site (SNS) Support such as Facebook and Twitter
• Background in travel account or non-voice account (e-mail/chat support, social media) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable with rotating/split rest day
• Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
