• Will conduct market research and look for potential partners for the company

• Contact businesses by telephone / email in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services

• Identify the business to a sales lead

• Obtain names and telephone numbers of prospects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations

• Nurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the prospects, and maintaining them over time

• Maintain records of contact information and marketing database

• Answer telephone calls from prospects who have been solicited through sales activities

• Responsible for establishing good relationships with clients

• Assigned to get client's commitment in setting an appointment with the Business Development Team of the company


• Minimum 2 years of College / 2-yr vocational course (any course)

• Have at least 1 year international BPO experience

• Enjoy the challenge of telemarketing

• Can build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales leads

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Excellent customer service skills and orientation

• Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Having a call center experience with outbound sales / upselling is a PLUS

• Amenable to work on graveyard shift (10pm - 8:30am) Mon - Fri. WEEKENDS OFF.

• Agreeable to be assigned in Paco, Manila

• Can work independently under minimum supervision

• Enjoy being part of a team in a busy environment
