Is looking for a Business Support Executive to manage orders placed by companies for eGift Cards.
Your role is to lead and manage the end to end order processing of Business Rewards for corporate clients, communicate service features and upgrades and manage their accounts. You will also be responsible to drive the service and suggest improvements and features driven by client feedback.
- On-boarding corporate clients by setting up accounts
- Processing orders for Business Rewards
- Managing service quality
- Account Management and reporting
- Communicating new service offerings
- Service feedback to product/tech team
- Service feedback to merchant acquisition team
The candidate must be well organised, detail orientated, good communicator to handle online orders of eGift Cards.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1 year experience in business administrative tasks
- Detail orientated and well organised
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven and analytical
- Proficiency in Arabic will be preferred
