Job Description:

Installing product Software and providing training to all user in client place.

Requirement gathering from client.

Customizing the existing software based on the client need.

Writing and executing SQL queries,Procedures and triggers.

Manual testing the EXE.

Remote Desktop support.

Resolving the customer issues through call and provide necessary resolution.

Should to flexible to travel to various client location based on the requirement.

Local language with decent english speaking is Mandatory.

Required Skills:

Our ERP is based on Dotnet Technology and backend is SQL

Gathering requirements from client

Implementation of Complete requirements on client place.

Training & Support given to all user in client place

Ensure timely delivery of ERP implementation.

QUALIFICATION :GRADUATE / POST GRADUATE WITH TECHNICAL / COMPUTER SCIENCE DEGREE WITH EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
