Responsibilities:

1. Communicate will different teams in different regions, construct the specific automation & tools solution, scope documentation from global Trend IT and other function teams;

2. Maintain and utilize Instant VM system capacity, delivery service to customers;

3. Participates in construction of Platform technology models that align with complex services proposal;

4. Drive the local IT project team and lead the strategic IT project development, including all of the project life cycle;

5. Follow all organization standard operation procedures relative to deliver IT Platform team's services (more focus on automation dimension)

6. Secure health of WAN and LAN for PH site operation

7. Provide technical input for policies and procedures, maintain accurate documentation on those policies/procedures.

8. Adhere to Change/Configuration Management procedures and policies.

9. Properly estimate work efforts and technical challenges (scoping projects).

10. Research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions report recommendations clearly and effectively to the team.

Requirement:

1. A Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Computer Science or equivalent.

Two Years' experience as a Network Administrator/Engineer, System Integrator or Technical Support Engineer in IT industry.

and experienced in system development(programming) and constructing complex services, including strategic planning, assessment, design, and implementation on the following skill set:

5. Virtualization Technologies ( VMWare)

6. Min. 3 years' experience in storage management using any of the following solutions (1. VSAN, 2. NetApp , , or 4. HDS)

7. Knowledge in ITIL is a plus

8. Able to work with partners in different time zones (GMT+8, GMT-8, GMT 0)
