SDImktg Doha is now looking to add another coming star to the Event Management team - as Account Coordinator you will be the junior member of a strong team, that together will deliver amazing events that surpass the client's expectations every time.
You will be coordinating all the logistics & paperwork, assist the Account Manager with all things needed for the project, through Creative Studio, Suppliers, and Production. You will deliver highest level of customer service and foster great working relationships with both clients and suppliers. You will be required to manage a team of support staff and be on site as required, this means sometimes working on weekends and evenings to ensure successful execution of mesmerizing events.
Desired skills
Ability to deliver high-level customer service. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills - English & Arabic. Ability to motivate, encourage, and develop the support staff. Detail-oriented and results driven, with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple deadlines. You need to be very good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. Education & Experience
Post-secondary degree or Diploma with a focus in business and/or marketing, or equivalent. Some experience in the industry is highly advantageous.
