IMPORT EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Requaired Qualification:
Bachelor of International Busines and Business administration
Key Roll
Communicate with overseas agents
Manage business or legal correspondance and liase withe government/private entities
Handel custemer enquiries,strongly follow up,update thir databse and prepare quotation
Generate pre/post shipments Import and Export documentation;International purchase order,pro-forma invoice,bill of loading(BL),paking lists, insurance,origin/ispection certificate.
Coordinate with freight forwarders/customs and track containers shipment
Liase with bank,handle letter of credit (LC) processing and dal with the discrepancies
Make arrangements and assist with presence at external exhibitions and events
Surching global markets and dealing with custemer
Working as Logistics and purchasing specialist
