• Responsible for managing the group commercial vehicles (CV) business by achieving the unit sales target, budgeted PBT profits & market share

• Responsible for the overall control and direction of commercial vehicles business unit.

• Responsible for achieving CSI targets and Dealer Standrads, ensuring audit compliance

• Ensure good working relationship with Principal

• Responsible for staff development and achievement of KPI's

• Constant improvement of systems, processes and procedures

• Responsible for achieving full variable incomes for sales performance.

Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in Engineering

• Min 8 years working experience
