The role will be responsible for managing our client website:

General responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance of product information in Rushfaster website 
  • Ensures that everything in the website looks correct and that products are advertised correctly 
  • Make sure that products are in stock and that information provided about the product is accurate and always updated 
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring that they are right to ship out 
  • Match products to the internal system 


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Duties:

  • Add product 
  • Source product imagery from suppliers 
  • Send images off for processing 
  • Upload product images to website 
  • Update supplier product stock levels 
  • Source supplier stock levels from supplier (generally via email, sometimes phone may be required) 
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust as necessary 

Order Responsibilities:

  • Fraud check orders 
  • Manage pre-orders to ensure stock availability 
  • Follow up warranty cases to completion 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree 
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relative work experience in administrative capacity and other related field 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook and is tech savvy 
  • Must have strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure  
  • Can manage time and tasks well and work effectively 
  • Has excellent time management and prioritization skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative 
  • Exercise empathy and diplomatic exchange in all working relationships 
  • Highly organized and a quick learner and be apply lessons learnt to other parts of the business 
  • Can work independently, or with minimal supervision, within a team environment 
  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills 
  • Ability to understand instructions and provide feedback if required 
  • "People person" who is confident and has a positive personality 
  • Able to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment 
  • Previous experience working for an Australian client is a plus 
  • Must be willing to work in The Fort BGC, Taguig in an early morning shift (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)
